RETURNS AND RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your purchase from Beth Rippin. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK Distance Selling Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. You don’t need to give a reason.
To cancel your order, please email bethrippin@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have another 14 days to return the item.
RETURNS (Our Extended Policy)
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
A proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) is required.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described:
Custom or made-to-order products
Digital downloads or digital content
Gift cards
Personalised or commissioned artwork
Items marked as "final sale"
Perishable goods or intimate items
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund hasn’t appeared:
Double-check your bank or credit card statement.
Contact your card provider (processing delays are common).
Contact your bank for confirmation.

EXCHANGES
We’re happy to replace items that are:
Defective
Damaged in transit
Sent in error
To request an exchange, email us at bethrippin@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are offered for the same item only, where available.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you:
You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed or posted to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return your product, please send it to:

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50, as we can’t guarantee receipt of items we haven’t received.
